    We offer you/our customers the possibility to buy products at our online e-commerce website (www.studioamaz.com).

    These Terms and Conditions apply to any order placed by a visitor/customer to our e-commerce website. When placing an order via our e-commerce website, the customer must expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions and with exclusion of all other conditions. Additional conditions of the customer are excluded, except when previously, in writing and expressly accepted by us.

    2. Products on our website / offer

    Studio Amaz updates the website as often as possible. We provide most of our products with a description, dimensions and photographs. The photographs serve as an example. The delivered articles can differ in color and condition from the products as shown on the website. Also the dimensions can vary a little bit.

    Despite the fact that the online catalogue and the e-commerce website are compiled with the greatest possible care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Studio Amaz.

    The offer is always valid while stocks last and may be amended or withdrawn by us at any time. We cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product.

    3. Price

    Prices on our website are including VAT. The currency and VAT rate depends on your country.

    Prices on our website are exclusive shipping/delivery.

    Prices on our website are exclusive customs fees, duties, taxes or any other cost related to import to your country.

    We have the right to adjust the prices on our website. The price that existed when you purchased is the valid offer, except there was an error as listed below.

    For the prices that are on our website, we strive to display the reality and the intended prices as carefully as possible. Errors that arise and are recognizable as programming or typing errors, never form a reason to be able to claim or assume a purchase, contract or agreement with Studio Amaz.

    Payments on our website are possible via the electronic payment methods offered at our checkout page.

    5. Pickup, delivery and shipping

    Pickup

    Pickup of your order is available and free at our warehouse in Diest, Tessenderloseweg 23, Belgium. When your order is ready, we'll contact you to make an appointment.

    Delivery

    We take care of delivery ourself within a range of 50km around the warehouse. The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout, depending on the distance from the warehouse. The order will be delivered in 2-4 weeks on appoinment.

    Shipping

    We can ship worldwide. Contact us at info@studioamaz.com for a quote.

    Prices on our website are exclusive shipping rates.

    Depending on the order, orders will be mostly shipped within 3-5 working days. Except on a period of absence due holidays or any other reason. By absence, this will be communicated via our website and/or social media channels.

    Delivery time depends on the destination country.

    Our regular transport partner is DHL. We also have the right to use other transport firms.

    Most of our products are eligible for shipping. However, because of special and/or large sizes it can be that a product isn't eligible for shipping.

    Products shall be delivered by the address given to you. If you entered the wrong address, please contact us asap at info@studioamaz.com to let us know. If your order hasn’t been shipped already we can change your address. If it has been shipped already you will have to contact the shipping company to change your address and redirect your order.

    If the parcel is delivered to a parcel point, we are not responsible for parcels not collected. In case parcels are not collected, they will be sent back to us.

    We are not responsible for any losses, damages and errors made by the firm that transports your order. When this happens or if you notice this, please contact us asap via info@studioamaz.com, so that we can see what went wrong.

    The risk of lost or deterioration of the product is transferred to the customer at the time of the delivery to the customer or if it’s delivered to a parcel point, the time of the delivery to the parcel point.

    For the shipping prices that are automatically calculated on our website and/or the rates that we send, we strive to display the reality and the intended prices as carefully as possible. Errors that arise and are recognizable as programming or typing errors, never form a reason to be able to claim or assume a purchase, contract or agreement with Studio Amaz. 

    6. Returns & refunds

    Returns 

    We have a 14-day return policy, what means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. To request a return, contact us at info@studioamaz.com.

    To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Shipping costs for return will be your responsibility.

    The product must be send back to us within 14 days after you made use of the right to return.

    We have the right to don't accept a return and not pay a (full) refund if we receive the returned product damaged and/or not in the same condition and/or in the original packaging.

    Product(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Custom-made products are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.

    Products on sale/with discount and gift cards are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.

    If you are returning a product from outside the European Union (EU), please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes incurred upon return. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

    We are not responsible for any losses, damages and errors made by the transport firm that you use to return your product.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return was accepted, the purchase price will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. The purchase price is the paid price of the product, exclusive the paid cost of shipping.

    The refund of an order paid by gift card or a voucher will always be by voucher.

    7. Damages & issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

    8. Materials

    Our products are handmade with natural materials, making each product a unique piece and different from another. There can be slight variations between the same products. This cannot be considered as a flaw.

    Most of our products are made out of wood or other natural materials. Depending on the circumstances, environment and in what temperature it will be used, changes, splits and cracks can occur. Also the color can change over time. This must be seen as natural imperfections that are part of natural materials and cannot be considered as a flaw.

    9. Guarantee

    The legal guarantee of 2 year is valid.

    To make use of guarantee, the customer must be able to provide proof of purchase.

    The guarantee does not apply and is not valid for issues as described above, at 8. Materials, of these Terms and conditions.

    The guarantee is never applicable to defects arising as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the item contrary to purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the user instructions or manual, modifications or alterations to the item, heavy-handed use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.

    10. Liability

    We are not responsible for damage caused by intrusion or hacking of our website. We are not responsible for damage caused by phishing, farming or other forms of internet fraud or other criminal activities.

    We are not responsible if we are unable to fulfil our obligations due to force majeure or extraneous cause.

    11. Intellectual property

    All information, images and other content on our website, e-mails and social media channels are owned by us and protected by the relevant intellectual property rights.

    12. Privacy

    By accepting an offer/purchasing a product, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our privacy policy, which is accessible on our website.

    Your contact details may be processed as part of our customer management, for marketing purposes, newsletters and serve to properly execute our agreement with you. Your personal data will not be forwarded or sold for marketing purposes to any third party.

    13. Final clauses

    If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should be against any legal provision, in whole or in part, and therefore not valid, the other part of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force.

    These Terms and Conditions as well as all agreements of us shall be governed by Belgian law.
