Returns
- We have a 14-day return policy, what means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. To request a return, contact us at info@studioamaz.com.
- To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping costs for return will be your responsibility.
- The product must be send back to us within 14 days after you made use of the right to return.
- We have the right to don't accept a return and not pay a (full) refund if we receive the returned product damaged and/or not in the same condition and/or in the original packaging.
- Product(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Custom-made products are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
- If you are returning a product from outside the European Union (EU), please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes incurred upon return. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return was accepted, the purchase price will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. The purchase price is the paid price of the product, exclusive the paid cost of shipping
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product.
