I entered the wrong address. What can I do?
Please contact us at info@studioamaz.com to let us know. If your order hasn’t been shipped already we can change your address. If it has been shipped already you will have to contact the shipping company to change your address and redirect your order.
Can I cancel and/or make changes to my order once i've placed it?
As long as the order has not been processed you can cancel and/or make a change to your order. We’ll try to do the necessary to fullfill your request.

Production & materials
Our products are handmade with natural materials by local artisans in Indonesia and shipped to Belgium by sea. Due to the artisanal process and the journey across the ocean, subtle transport marks and small variations may occur between similar products. This makes each piece unique.
Most of our products are made from wood or other natural materials. Depending on use, temperature and environmental conditions, changes may occur over time, such as small cracks, splits or variations in colour. This is part of the natural ageing process of the material.
Natural imperfections are part of our production process.
